HaloStrategic Holdings LLC d/b/a Hooked Line ("Hooked Line," "we," "us") provides AI front desk services to local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through hookedline.com, our services and our text messaging programs, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us — name, business name, email, phone number and messages sent through our forms or booking page.
- Client account information — business details, service areas, hours, on-call contacts, calendar settings and billing details.
- Call and message data processed on behalf of our client businesses — caller phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, booking details and text message content.
- Usage and billing data — call minutes, message counts and invoice records.
- Website data — basic device, browser and analytics information collected through cookies or similar tools.
2. How we use information
- To answer calls, book jobs, route emergencies and send call summaries for our client businesses.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and provide customer support.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Section 4).
- To review call quality, improve and tune our service, and keep it safe and secure.
- To bill for services and usage, and to meet legal obligations.
3. Calls, recordings and automation
Calls to businesses that use Hooked Line are answered by an automated AI front desk and may be recorded and transcribed so the business can follow up and so we can review quality. Callers who ask are told the service is automated. We process caller information as a service provider on behalf of the client business, which controls how that information is used for its customers.
4. Text messaging and mobile information
If you opt in to receive text messages from Hooked Line or from a business that uses Hooked Line, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to process opt-out and help requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform and carriers) that help us deliver the messages.

5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With the client business you called, for caller data collected on its behalf.
- With service providers that run our service — telephony and messaging, hosting, AI processing, scheduling and payment processing — under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety, rights or property of anyone.
- In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
All of the above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and billing requirements, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
7. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages from that program.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Contact us to access, correct or delete your information. If you called one of our client businesses, we may refer your request to that business.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
